Relaxation for anxiety/panic attacks

Hey guys I thought this might help those that struggle to relax once anxiety and/or panic attacks set in

There is an application called "Rainy Mood" you can listen to it online or download the app for android and iPhone and basically it's all different sound effects mainly rain and peaceful sounds that work to relax the mind etc etc.

I use this app with headphones and lay down in bed with my eyes closed whenever I get stressed out or panicky it may sound like a load of rubbish and I was quite sceptical about it but it does actually relax you and help reduce anxiety levels

Anyone who uses it or has used it be sure to let me know what you think of it because hopefully this could help those who struggle to relax when anxiety is eating away at you
