Hit hard last night,all day today

Omg its back and i cant take it im at the library looking up anxiety symptoms and wow oh wow i have alot of em dang well at least i know i cant die from it and its just anxiety i for out if i calm my self,relax it will disappear so ima go home and take a hot bath and relax yep i sure am.. i hope every one is doing ok today

Oh Jax78, I'm sorry, those things happen to all of us even when we think we have it under

control. Did it happen at the library? I haven't been to one in a long time because seeing

all those shelves of books while standing there looking at titles, would make me dizzy and

then scared and bang, I couldn't wait to get out of there.

I'm hoping when you get home and relax, everything will calm down once more.
