My brain is playing tricks on me

I think my brain is playing tricks on me. When one symptom goes and I think "great I haven't got that disease after all" it sends something else just to keep me panicking. What have I done to upset it.

Same here. I work my thoughts to a different prognosis on myself every time. Im always thinking of something new that could be wrong with me. And it just goes in a cycle. Because just when I get a second of peace in my mind here comes another syptoms or bad thoughts that start me right back over and I'm nervous again
