I get dizzy and my hand goes shaky when I eat- what should I do?

Hi- I didn't know who to write to write to but was wondering if anyone could give me any advice. I am 12 years old and when I am hungry I get really dizzy and when I start eating my hand goes kind of shaky. What should I do? I currently found out I am slightly underweight

Please talk to your mum or appropriate adult. You may need to eat more frequently so you don't get too hungry. You are very young to be on forums for adults and it worries me that you feel you need to. Your mum (or carer) is the best person to help you. I hope you get the advice you need. xx

Hi thank you- I actually had no idea this was for adults as I found this site through searching a question through Google which was answered by 12- 13 yr olds

Hi Nana_banana, I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem but I do agree with Kimmy22 in that you are way to young to be on this site. The minimum age is 16. I do hope you will get some help through your parents or a school teacher. Take care x
