  • I know the feeling, trust me. The first thing that you should do is realize that you are not alone. I suffered from anxiety and depression for a long time before I knew what it was. What you have to do is take a journal and write about your feelings and experiences as they happen. Most of these feelings and emotions take place because of the way that you think. Also, you should change your schedule. Get into a habit of walking at a park, exercising, listen to music, meditating, and I recommend listening to relaxation tapes or different relaxing sounds as you sleep. It will only help you if you realize and understand that your mind is causing you to feel this way, TRUST ME. I don't know if you're a religious person or not, but praying and talking to GOD in a sincere manner will help you more than anything. Remember: change your schedule, get out of the house and out into nature, write about your experiences, and change the way that you think. Hope this helps. Be blessed.

  • Thank u so much for taken the time out ur day to write me I appreciate it and I do believe in the lord I will pray to him. I'm just beyond tired of feeling this way

  • Also, I drink a lot of water and watch what I eat. Caffeine and chocolate can make your anxiety go crazy without you knowing that it's doing so. It also helps if you create a safe place mentally and a safe place at home: a place or state of mind where you can be calm and relaxed.
