Feeling like i cant breathe

I think my room is causing a lot of my breathing trouble. My nose and eyes get super dry. I feel like my chest is all congested too. My lungs feel fine but I feel like I cant breathe through my nose.. I have asthma but I take a maintenance inhaler for it.

It's possible you have allergies too!! Hay fever!! Dust allergy !! My daughter has asthma, she gets hay fever too really bad. My son is allergic to the house dust mite!! And has hay fever!! Go see your doctor sweetie, you've nothing to loose.,make sure your room is as dust free as possible it may help😀

I know what you mean, I have had allergies ever since moving to the big city. I even have dark circles under my eyes now. I have asthma too. There are the obvious fixes- getting rid of carpets, cleaning everything mercilessly, and sometimes things like aromatic infusers can help. If you can afford it, an air purifier is a great option for smaller rooms.
