Dizziness with anxiety

For about the last week or two I will get these mild dizzy feelings, when this happens I will instantly get very anxious

It's a very common symptom of anxiety. I know it can be terrifying, but, you will be okay.

I have suffered with dizziness ever since I had my first panic attack 3 months ago. I know it's scary but you have to try and take your mind away from it when the feeling comes. Have a check up with your doctor to rule out any other medical issues because this will put your mind at rest and over time it will get easier to remember there's nothing serious wrong and that it's all related to your anxiety. Over time the feeling changes and it's a bit like being drunk but without the drinking! Our body works in mysterious ways when our mind takes over sometimes.
