Well another full on panic attack i thought they were gone i was so wrong.. my arm's,hands,legs,feet are tingling,feeling a little bit numb and my hart fluttering feeling very light headed ugh i hate this

I have seen your posts today and it seems like you have been on quiet a roller coaster with everything you have been through so I think a panic attack was to be expected in fact someone without anxiety going through what you have may have had a panic attack , so give yourself time , you need to get over what you have just been through and give your body time to heal and get over the shock of everything it has had to go through
