....so glad i found this site.....after 2 days in a row of having shoulder blade pain and each night deciding if i should phone for an ambulance or not in the morning if it hasnt gone away ...it hasnt....ive decided to give my new lifestyle change a break for a a few days ...ive gone from all night raving and gigging whilst conusming vast volumes of alcholl to ..walking...juicing ..supliments...packed in caffine smokeing...ok just ciggies i have a joint or 2 through the week and also deep belly breathing ...guided medition...mindfulnes ..the works...and had a weekend of bacon butties and a saturday night takeaway with 2 cans of larger...naughtey me....i figuered if am gona have a heart attack...or another one as my anciety tells me ive had several...i might as well go out with some pork in my hands rather than another spinach and summer fruit smoothy.....of course i still fear my years of abusing my body have finally caught up with me but as i turnend 50 in april and had several high anxiety inducing family events since then am starting to see the mental anguish ive been under for the last 6 months has defo contributed to my physical symptoms.....feel like a broken record every time i go to the doctors about my palpations and fast pulse....100 most days but hes finally ordered a blood test which is on wednesday....cant come soon enough ...then just the waiting game for the results....in the mean time am just gona try not take my pulse every five minutes and try and just live.......wondering if i should go swimming with my daughter or just wait until i get the results from the blood test...well dont wanna take any chances now do i...lol......sending peace and love to us all...for we surely need it.

I hope the blood test comes back okay. You seem quite knowledgeable on anxiety and how causes such a huge variety of symptoms so I'm thinking shoulder blade pain=tension, floating might not help it, but it's still such a relaxing thing to do. But.. hmmm, you might have many of kids in the pool to dodge lol

Keep in touch and keep smiling :) x

Definitely go swimming! It helps really, especially seeing your daughter happy and enjoying some quality time with her :)

Have a wonderful day

...hi guys ...opted for a essential oil bath with one of those mini spa bath thingys and had some gentle classical music on in the background...its called ..timeless sea ....it has waves and ambient sounds...currently have it on now through the head phones....ive noticed this can reduce my pulse by as much as 15 beats or more at times.......always feel safe being at the swimming baths....the water relaxes and soothes and the general noise blocks out a lot of the inner chatter of my thoughts and of course being sournded by lifeguards keeping a watchful eye always a bonus as a lot of my anxciety as is with a lot of us can be heightened when your alone and during the night....water is good ....i like water.......global journey is the cd label ....they have free taster downloads...i found there Traditional music from Greece and native american very calming also.......xx
