I been taking lexapro for 28 days, feel better; but now anxiety and depression comes and goes....hoping it will go and stay gone.

If you are feeling some improvement after been on the meds 28 days it shows they are working 
It can take at least 3 months to feel the full benefit from these kinds of meds so keep going and hopefully things will just keep getting better and better
