Lately I have been having something like flame building up at my throat area , a strange taste of metal , and the food is not digesting very well. Could anyone help me with that ? I have been taking enzymes after meals but it is not helping so much. Thank you

I have suffered the same thing, and been diagnosed 6 years ago with acid reflux disease/GERD. Mine got so bad I had to have surgery. Sounds like it is acid reflux...but i am not a doctor. Anxiety sufferers get a lot of digestion issues. Best of luck! It's a constant battle for me. I hope you find the source of your discomfort. But you would need the proper tests done by a gastroenterologist to be sure.
