Contant burps and palpitations :(

Does anyone else suffer with weight loss and bad digestive issues? I get most days almost constant burps and palpitations, even first thing on a morning, I've changed my diet so much cut out all the sugars, gluten and aspartame plus no tea or coffee/ caffine.

I do not suffer with weight loss if anything the opposite but I do suffer with digestive problems and at one stage I was burping every minute of the day which became a concern but the moment I had some tests done and everything came back fine the burping stopped which showed me the power of anxiety as that was what was causing it , one reason is we are never relaxed when eating and we do tend to gulp in a lot of air which causes the burping

Have you spoken to your Doctor about this ? some reassurance by maybe referring you for some tests maybe all that is needed to get it back under control

Thank you for your reply, I've to see a gastro doctor next, as the cardiologist says my heart is fine, even though I get palpatations most days.

I am pleased you have been referred and I have a feeling that everything will be alright and if so I know anxiety makes both these symptoms happen and can be severe when they do , so when you get the all clear I think then you need to concentrate on how best you will be able to deal with your anxiety
