I've been feeling really stressed at the moment, and I have a constant sick feeling 24/7 especially after I eat, it's like when you're so hungry you feel sick, but I'm full. I'm not diagnosed with anxiety but I constantly feel unconfident and uncomfortable with big groups, should I tell somebody or am I just over reacting?

No you are not over reacting at all
Not sure how old you are but if you are old enough I would go and speak with my Doctor , tell them everything they come across this all the time and will tell you how they can support you
