Is this really happening????

Can anyone answer this ?, I have bad anxiety it's horrendous at the moment and today I have been so dizzy I was stood talking to a mum on the playground when I went to pick my daughter up and I can't explain the feeling but it was like some had knocked my head backwards sounds weird I know but I thought I was just goin to collapse I literary just stopped talking and walked away! ? Is are these symptoms my anxiety ??? I just keep thinking it's something new everyday so is this really happening???hope I don't sound like I've lost the plot and someone feels the same or is it linked to an underlying illness ???? X

I have similar things happen to me and it is very scary......I am hoping it is down to anxiety but we are never convinced are we? Maybe the heat is a problem at the moment
