Anxiety & relaxing :/

Hi

Anyone ever wake up out of their sleep & heard some click kind of sound on top sides ( left & right) of their head before.? This is getting to me. Im panicky & can't at least nap smh. Oh i felt some wax in my ears either lol. Anyways about the clicking kind of my head , anyone know more on this period? Msg me .

I'm not sure what this is but I've had it where o move my head and I hear clicking sounds. I suffer with anxiety as well so maybe it's that?

I have had this happen to me. I went and saw a neurologist because I thought it might have been a symptom of a seizure or an aura. He said it was most probably from the severe anxiety I was feeling. Very scary.
