Headache sufferers please help

So for those of you that get tension headaches from anxiety my question is does anyone get a bad migraine out of nowhere that lasts a few days?

It's not something I usually get but its really bugging me

Yes. before I had anxiety I had never had a migraine before, I get migraines now like 3-4 times a month. Migraines can definitely be caused from stress and other things. I'm sorry you're suffering with the headaches and migraines- its the worst thing that my anxiety brings!
