Sooo weird but I am so stressing right now. I've just been going to sleep and I was thinking about something completely erelevant to what has just happened to me. It didn't feel like I was falling or anything like that but it has woke me up and now I'm terrified to try and go back to sleep. It felt like I had a massive huge electric shock through my body. My hands and legs went tingly. Anyone know what this could be. I felt fine my heart was racing but that was just because I got the biggest shock ever. I'm in bits and I can't get back to sleep I'm so scared
