Head tingling/ pins feeling

I will get this weird feeling on the right side of my head on and off. It feels like tingling and then a numbness. It feels like a rush at times too.. its worrying me. I already had a brain mri like 8 months ago.

I've had similar weird sensations in my head. Unless you have other symptoms related to cognitive, memory or visual functions / I wouldn't be concerned of any brain problem. Just the usual anxiety...

Anxiety causes the weirdest of symptoms. I get tingly sensations at the back of my head, down one arm, up a and down my spine, one of my feet. It's hard not to worry about it all being something worse than anxiety. Mri's are pretty accurate. I wouldn't worry too much if it was all clear. Hope it eases for you.

I get the same. You may have a pinched nerve in your neck. Try rolling your shoulders and gentle head and neck movements.

Me too! Feels like pins and needles going across my head...Scared me! Had a cat scan done , and there was nothing wrong?
