my anxiety is still through the roof today. i think it is just discontinuation symptoms but i have been having constant anxiety since six this morning. i noticed that my anxiety is worse in the mornings/mid day. has this happened to anyone who quit their medicine cold turkey after just two days? i see a psychiatrist in a week and im so scared i have something really wrong with me
