Ive been stuck in these feelings of anxiety, depression and stress for a couple weeks

I went to get evaluated tonight and they reccommended i do a partial hospitalization program, but with the new job i got i csnnot do that.. ive been feeling so depressed and stressed. Ive had crying fits and insomnia...
