Buzzing in head and heart feeling like it is going to stop.

Also, does anyone get the buzzing sensation in their head when they're trying to sleep? Or the feeling that the heart is gong to stop? It's the pits isn't it?

I get this all the time. It's like a constant ringing in the head and it's more noticeable at night. You don't even have to be thinking about something it's like your trapped inside your own mind. It's horrible!

It is isn't it...comes out of the blue. Very unnerving. Usually I fall asleep from pure exhaustion. Glad I'm not alone who this symptom.
