I know the feeling. Is there a Chocolate Anonymous? I don't mean that as a joke, it has taken over my life more recently. So hard to cut back or stop completely. :(

Hello Dodo

Did you eat the lot last night or did you save some for today :-D

Have you noticed because I have with myself that I am all or nothing !

So if I make my mind up to do something there is no half measures I just usually go for it and then crash to much to soon !

I think wise , cut down yes but as you seem to be quiet addicted to your sugar fix take it in steps , make a plan what you will cut out maybe if you have 2 sugars in a drink go down to one and then when you feel ok cut another half a spoonful out things like that , you know what I mean :-/

Hope you have a lovely evening :-)

Take Care x
