I bought a Guitar not dear but I cleaned it put new strings on it and the 17th strings are buzzing when I play them. I phoned the guy who owns the store and he going to take a look at it but I think the neck is bent not sure but I tried everything no joy.
My son borrowing again and I know he owes money to other family members getting on my nerves only time he wants to know me lately is for daily borrowing.
Cutting down on sugar is also making my mood really low keep cracking and buying chocolate or biscuits but I know its making me feel ill specially in the mornings.
Just hope I can sleep tonight to meet this guy with Guitar because he's only there foe an hour. Not happy.
How can one fret on a guitar key board not play right ?

I can't help but put my 2cents in Dodo. You are a good father as I am a good mother. I really believe it's just that generation of adult children who have this idea that parents continue to owe them after the age of 18-21. I just took my daughter to the dentist today, I ending up paying $370.00 because she won't go to the dentists on Medicaid. Now with all the food I have in the house, she wants to order in. It is so hard not for this to be upsetting and cause anxiety. I vented. Thanks.
I had to leave my boy with a mother that didn't care for him she was nuts we wasn't getting on and she would open the Windows and scream rape or hit her face mark it snd phone police her friend told me thst when they both argued and she told me she would push my boy away when he wanted loving and to this daythat breaks my heart and makes me so angry thats why I spoil him and so many other things I heard Iit broke me hearing all that off her friend and my boy have said a few things. I just wasn't capable of looking after him because i couldn't even go to the shops without massive panic attack and paranoid. I make sure he knows I love him but I think it can get on his nerves but mostly enjoys the thought i hear for him I drop everything when he rings and wants me Guilt I geuss.
I getting hot flushes now first time I'm feel nice and warm and my brain's functioning again haaaaaaaa nice again. I am at one with the world once more lol.
Oh Dodo, how sad that your son had to go through that as well as your own problems in your marriage. Oh I'm sure he knows you love him. As he got older, it probably got more apparent to him what you were going through at the time and were unable to care for him. It's never too later to put together that bond.
I know he knows where or who loves him more he does tell me little things that makes me know where the love is coming from his mum is all words and no action if you know what I mean and she's great with the crocodile tears when he used to het into trouble. I hope someone is up there watching the real facts The thought of it all coming out one day and everyone knowing the truth appeals to me.
Its awfully warm tonight my Hedgehog is out there's usually a pair I hope he's ok he massive the female i just passef in the garden she dont even role into a ball anymore. I gonna by some dog food cause the slugs haven't been around much bless em.
Perhaps now now 20 years ago I was a complete stress ball and drinking booze to self medicate. That was then but I've always had a good heart just desperately need help at the time.
We don't all have an easy start and all that matters is that you're a great dad now 😊

Sorry today has not been great , I have had a bit of an all over the place day to , different reasons getting me down but fed up by the end of it but tomorrow is a new day

Sorry about your guitar but I am sure or I hope you will get it sorted out and if not then hopefully you will get your money back maybe ?
It is very hard to cut down on sugar especially if your diet usually contains a lot , I watched a program not long ago where everyone had gone to a fitness farm and they had to take all sugar out their diet , for a week they were so poorly , no energy , mood changes , headaches they were ready to give up , according to what was said this happens when you take out sugar but it passes so if you can stick with it it will pass but maybe just one biscuit a day might not hurt ?
Fruit contains sugar which they say is a good alternative but not sure if that would be ok for you because of your problem , you did make me smile though saying you had been licking the chocolate of biscuits

Well nice to hear you bought the chocolate unlike when you were younger and you took the penny to get the kitkat
You say you have bought loads , the mind is imagining a mountain of chocolate sat there in front of you You know what , if it makes you feel happy I say go for it !
I am not to bad , I always say if it was not for people , places and things I would be fine but they are part of life and what gets me down sometimes but as the saying goes , get back up , brush yourself down and start again
Just watched England mess up and ended up with a draw in the last minutes of the game , might need a chocolate bar myself now to cheer myself up after that

I had to but some Agora I was climbing the walls stressing about the least thing. Sugar or chocolate should be classed as a drug cause boy have I been clucking lol.
I don't know much about guitars.
Don't give yourself so much of a hard time of cutting out sugar, try and do it slowly. That's how I am handling the carvings.
It's terrible that your son only visits when he wants money. Maybe you should tell him you can't afford to do it any longer. He'll not learn to manage his finances if everyone keeps lending him the money. (Sorry if it sounds harsh, was taught from a young age to look after my money, parents were tough on us if we mis-spent our money. Usually stopped our pocket money for a few weeks to teach us a lesson. ) Glad they did it though.
Re the single fret, quite easily. It may just need leveling/ filing. Certain your guitar guy can fix it.!! Good luck .. Let us know how you go both with yourself and with the guitar 😊
