Recently I've been getting like tingerly feelings down my arms n legs,it feels like my nervous system is all over the place sometimes, does anyone else get this xx

Do u take anything for it, I've been up n down with it all night, it's the sorest it's ever been n I'm afraid it might get worse 😟 My legs r the worst at the mo xx

It can be a sign of either B12 or folate deficiency - think vit D deficiency also has some similar symptoms

This is link to a list of symptoms of B12 deficiency - most common cause is absorption problems as the mechanism by which B12 is absorbed is quite delicate. It is treatable.

the test for B12 - serum B12 is not an absolute guide but most GPs are unaware of this.

It's all anxiety related. I take 50 mg hydroxyzine 3 times a day and 100mg Zoloft once a day.
