After effects of severe anxiety attacks?!

Today I actually feel "normal" and it is the last day of my cycle. After eight days of straight anxiety attacks/depressive episodes. And losing fifteen pounds in a week and a half. I feel like I have been hit by a bus. I just want to stay in bed. It feels weird going out to the store like Im out of place. Is this normal?

After a few anxiety attacks yeah it's normal to feel a bit depressed but it'll passed hang in there and may God bless you

I have had literally eight days straight of nothing but anxiety attacks, no sleep hardly, barely eaten, now I feel a little better I feel like I have been hit by a truck. I still have yet to start the Prozac because I am so scared of how it will make me feel.

Wow you have been through a lot, try to enjoy this relief from anxiety and get some rest and a bite to eat okay 😊 and don't be scared okay, we're all here for you and may God bless you

I am trying. I feel silly trying to nap at 530 so Im just laying in bed watching tv. Thank you for your support, and God bless you :)

I had over 1,200 days straight of anxiety and panic attacks in a wide variety of manifestations. I felt like a carcass or human zombie. Over 35 specialists and there was no diagnosis. Then on day I got a very nasty flu. It put me down. Stayed in bed for 3 days straight. No appetite at all. On day 4 I juiced all vegetables and some fruits i had in the fridge. For the next ten days I was juicing lots and lots of vegetables. From day 11 onwards for the next 3 months I was on raw foods only. No breads, pastas, pizzas, burgers, no restaurant foods, no meat of any king. Only self blended vegetable smoothies. Fewer fruit smothies. Within 3 months all anxiety, panic attacks, fibro and all other 1000 symptoms just vanished. Poof!!!
