I don't know what it is but I always find something to freak out about.... Like I feel a new pain and google it and I feel like I have the worst of what I find...Today I felt short of breathe and randomly sweaty. So I googled and I find I might have tb and all these scary stuff... I went to the doctor about a month ago and blood test were fine other than my liver enzymes were a little high... I feel like no one knows how I feel and I don't know what I should do to even start not feeling this way....

Don't google, it often leaves you feeling even worse than when you started and always comes up with really bad things first.
A lot of us don't no why we feel this way, it could be something that happened years ago, sometimes it's not that simple. Have you thought about therapy?
