My anxiety is crazy at times it makes me think the worst of things every day I y think I'm dying it might be the littlest thing might send my mind into panic like I'm recently having a bit if blurry vision because I've been inside for 2days watching TV and thinking there's something wrong with my eyes😂 and that I'm dying because my head feels cold like a weird cold feeling yet I know it's not true but yet it gets to me
