So overwhelmed so easily!!

I can't seem to do anything now without it feeling like too much!! I'm organising a tea party for someone I knows 50th birthday on Sunday and I just can't stop thinking and planning and going back over it and over it argh I'm driving myself insane and it's all because I haven't brought any balloons yet!!! Does anyone else get like this? I dread doing things now cos I know I'm just gonna be dead anxious before hand!

2sara1, I get like that as well, so I stopped having anyone over for a long time now. It's terrible to get so overwhelmed doing things that others enjoy doing. They just couldn't possibly understand. On the other hand it is very nice of you to do this. I hope it all goes well, then you can recover on Monday. xx
