Been doing so well 😢

Been doing really well over the last few weeks, getting myself out, not worrying as much. Then last night felt really strange, tight chest feeling like I couldn't catch my breath, it was so awful, playing on my mind today and it's all I can think about, I feel like it's really knocked me back, I really don't want to spend the whole day worrying, I just don't no how to deal with it!

  • Worry. That's all it is. Remember that.

    Worry is the most pointless thing we do.

    It achieves nothing.

    I can't talk, I worry every waking minute and probably in my sleep.

    Whenever I feel down or defeated, just try to remember that we are only on this earth once. Once it's gone it's gone. I know it's hard but we need to make the best out of a bad situation.

    Plus I can promise you that you will never die from a panic attack.

    And if your worried about embarrassment of having one in public, (I get attacks worrying about being sick) we need to just think 'this won't last forever, let's calm down, get out of here and give myself a pat on the back for at least trying, f*** all the people who were staring. They don't know you, and never will.

  • Hi Noodlesaaah, your post is so very true and goes along with what I found yesterday.

    When you worry and hurry through the day, It's like an unopened gift thrown away. Life is not a race. Take it slower, hear the music before the song is over. Kind of hit home in what anxiety does to us.
