Woken Up and Heart Races Tremendously.

I have woken up a few times in my life feeling like I can't breathe almost and my heart is racing suuuuuper quick. Last night it happened again after I just fell asleep and my sister spouted off something about a lion and it woke me and I felt that fluttery heart that's pounding my chest as I try to sleep again but the heart pounding is too much strain on my chest so it took me a bit to forget about it and force myself to sleep. What is up with that? I'm pretty sure it has happened a maximum of 10 times in my life but every time I do wake up feeling that way I just wanna know what's happening. I do have asthma and suffer from anxiety. I don't always take my inhaler every night like I'm told to do by doctors. I have a 3 month supply of inhaler medication in my room because sometimes I have forgotten to take my inhaler and sometimes still do forget. Just telling you my current health issues and background sorta
