Has anyone tried accupunture for anxiety relief and has it helped

I had 3 sessions and I would say it helped however I couldn't afford to continue but I think if I did it regularly that it would help immensely. Good luck

How long dod it take to feel effects.

It took about 3 sessions to feel better but unfortunately I didn't continue would love to do it again :)

Hi Aazz,  I had acupuncture for my migraines years ago and it helped immensely.  The cost was the major factor since insurance doesn't cover it. I would imagine it would work for anxiety as well.  They even did acupuncture around my ears as well as putting tiny little seeds around the ears to control my obsession for chocolate.  (That didn't work)  I just read that chocolate is just as addicting as cocaine.
