Whole Body Soreness/Pain

Does anyone experience whole body soreness?

I do, when I have consistent anxiety for a couple days.  You will ride out the pain eventually.  I know Kava Kava can reduce your symptoms upfront.

I do Beth,  it seems to be getting worse lately.  It use to seem like tight muscles, now it seems like bone pain.  (Everywhere)  I think it's from years of holding myself so tight because of anxiety.  It's painful.
