New to group suffering anxiety and panic disorder for 7 years.

I am new to this group. I have been suffering from all anxiety symptoms for 7 years now and was recently diagnosed with panic disorder. I am a mom to a wonderful little girl but my anxiety has only gotten worse as time goes on. I've tried different medicines and last year things got really bad and it has started running my life. I want to be able to control how I feel so I can give my daughter the absolute best life I can. But I've hit a road block fear and anxiety run my life now. I no longer drive by myself or go anywhere alone. It feels crippling. I used to take her to do things and now just us being home together scares me. I am at an utter loss.

Hey it's going to be okay ! Just hang in there but I'm sorry to hear all that you're going through 😊 and you will get better, maybe try to meditate or just keep focusing on your daughter who makes you happy and take this day by day
