I wakened at 3.30am and was very restless but managed to stay in bed and fall asleep again after a while, however, when I got up and forced myself to have a shower and wash hair, but had a major panic attack while drying my hair....sweating,shaking & heart racing, it was really scarey.

Just relax and take it easy okay 😊 be positive and don't let this take a hold of you and I know it's not easy to be done but I hope and pray you get better (:

I'm sorry to hear that 😔 maybe try meditation ? I exercise and it helps but I know it's not for everyone but maybe since you have had enough, just go ahead and let out all that frustration haha 😊
