Please anyone can tell me what could be wrong with me ... Lately I start to feel really a weak , headaches, fever on and off, hard to get up or walk, hands shaking , chest hurts, and even when I eat , just half an hour I feel again shaking , I really don't feel hungry or thirsty but after eating I feel shaky and like I am going to pass out , what could it be ... Please help . Thank you all!!

Just relax okay ! You should take a deep breath and everything will be okay and I don't know what to tell you but you should go to a doctor but don't be scare okay

Thanks dear Alan. It's been almost a week now I feel like this. Can't do anything like I used to.. My friends think l might be diabetic .. I just did a blood text and waiting for the results next week

I am a skinny 132 pounds . I always eat healthy , drink a lot of water. Ride my bike and run when I can. How can I be diabetic ? I am scared and worried  😥

No problem and nice to meet you. I'm happy to offer you some support and well we won't know until the blood work comes back but I pray that you will get better and just relax okay 😁 but I am sorry to hear that you're going through this

Yes I agree with Alan, it sounds like anxiety, learn to take deep breaths and try to relax.

See your Dr and tell him/her exactly how you feel.

Thanks dear .. I am thinking only about worse things. My head is going to explode. I just want to be ok , healthy , strong like l used to . Can't ride or run these days :(

Believe in yourself and tell yourself you will do these things again. Try to be strong and positive every day. Try the deep breathing and then try a short run, you may surprise yourself.

 Anxiety controls our every move but we must fight it and take back our lives. Excercise helps apparently, it clears our minds and helps us focus, unfortunately I can't do much as I have other health problems but I do try.
