I wake up like this every morning and it lasts about an hour or two. My heart is usually pounding too. I also have really crazy vivid dreams every night. I think it might have something to do with my medicine, but can medicines cause new side effects after three weeks?

i think it's your subconscious and your brain causing this. when i worry to much, i too will wake up with night sweats and can remember my dreams.
