Hi everyone hope u all are doing better than i am. Yesterday my period started (tmi) and all hell broke loose lol but this was the first ive experienced this symptom i got an horrible jaw pain like wisdom teeth and it hurts even more if i yawn and its mostly the right side along with back pain and the normal hormonal anxiety flare up anyone else experiences jaw pain and i as well get a headache from it.

I get dreadful jaw pain quite a lot but I clench my teeth , do you feel you could have been doing this as the way you describe it and the pain that shoots up your jaw and ear is how mine is when it comes on 

It could be a hormonal symptom if it gets any worse maybe see your dentist they will be able to tell if you are grinding your teeth causing this and if not then it could be an ear infection but usually it isn't and it goes as quick as it comes on

I know i clench my teeth i always do it and sometimes not even aware that i am i have been so stressed out lately like to the max and now with my period made all these symptoms worse

That is what will be causing it , I have had it for years and yes like you say half the time I don't even know I am doing it 

Try relaxing your jaw if you can easier said than done and the hormones won't be helping 

Do you have a mouth shield at night , my dentist offered me one but I just did not like the idea of it but my friend who does not suffer with anxiety clenches her teeth and she wear one at night and says it really has helped x
