I worry about working full time, even 30 hours is enough to flare my anxiety. It feels like everyone is preassuring me to get a job, I'm not at college so I find myself wondering what will happen to me 10 years down the line?

Full time work/Anxiety
Hi dear. Ten years down the line is a long time away. It will only overwhelm you if you try to project that far in the future. You most likely will have been cured of your anxiety long before that. You will never know if you can handle a 30hr week unless you try. Depending on the job and the people you work with, it may be just the thing you need to take your mind off the anxiety. I wish you well in finding something you will be happy with. That is the key to working with anxiety. If you don't have a therapist, the forum can alert you to some great coping skills to use when at work.
Take care, one step at a time. x
