To propranolol or not? Hi...

Hi everyone - feeling quite pleased that I've managed to find a very active site with all of you on here posting about this sort of stuff.

I've suffered with anxiety since I was a young girl - and these last few years it's been really present, and comes in varying forms, changing about every 6 months. Does anyone else get this?

Good evening to you all - I look forward to speaking and sharing with you.

Yesterday my doctor recommended that I finally look at medication and has recommended propranolol, which I can see a lot of you have experiences with. Can anyone let me know about their experiences?

I think I'm going to begin tomorrow.

I find the propananlol very useful n effective i take them for my anxiety i took one last nite for a racing heart n within a hour felt as thou it had gone which is absolutely brilliant felt so much better for it

Been on propranolol for 4 years and I find them very effective at dealing with the anxiety I get at going to new places or meeting new people x
