F anxiety!!

Just about a few minutes ago had this weird feeling like I had some type of pressure on my body like I was being Sucked dry type of feeling scared that I was about to die worst feeling ever!!! Still scared now feeling lightheaded

When I get aniexty I get lightheaded to. Because you felt that different feeling will bring on aniexty believe me I've been living with it for almost 14 years. I'm lightheaded now just thinking about going to the doctors today and my husband just left for work and it's 4:30 in the morning I get up at 6 for work. It feels like pressure or a band around my head. Go outside watch tv play on the computer to put your mind on something else that's what I'm doing hope this helps

Feeling this also. That sinking feeling like being sucked out of your body into a diff reality is the worse symtpoms I have felt. Stay strong buddy. I'm currently feeling lightheaded with clumsiness, naturally leading me to believe I have e brain disease of some sort or Ms. Stay strong
