HI everyone, new to the community although I stumbled on some conversations from time to time by using Google to tell me if I'm Ill.I had a panic attack 2 weeks ago and by that time I had palpitations and higher blood pressure than usual.I was scared so much I was googling my symptoms just to feel better but it didn't help at all.I went to the ER once with high blood pressure palpitations and a burning sensation in my left arm.Had some blood tests done and a cardiogram, spoke a bit with a cardiologist and they said I am actually very healthy.Still though I get a tingling sensation in my arm and sometimes the jaw and a slightly higher blood pressure.I don't doubt the doctors as they know better and they told me to get a grip of my anxiety but I thought I would share my story with you guys and talk with someone with an experience like mine.Thank you for your time!

Weird sensations and anxious about it.
The bad thing about anxiety is that it makes us worry over every little thing even after the dr gives us a clean bill of health. I have dealt with this for years. The worse thing you can do is Google your symptoms. I learned this years ago. It makes anxiety even worse. I have experienced the same tingling sensation your talking about. Not only in my arms but my head and hand as well.
Hopefully you are feeling better, well i have kinda stopped asking doc Google after the visit to the docs. But still i have to get a hold of my anxiety i suppose,i got a long road ahead of me
I have my good days and bad days. I've been on meds for my anxiety for awhile now and it has v helped tremendously. Not sure if meds would be an option for you, but they work wonders for me.
