I am currently taking keppra and lamotrigine tablets for epilepsy but i have insomnia and am wondering if anyone could help and tell me if nytol would effect me in any way with these tablets becuase i am becoming very anxious. Thankyou.

Hi. Someone on here may be able to give you an answer but you may be better off putting your post on the epilepsy community as there will be more people who see it who may have or do take those meds. I would say it safer to ask your pharmacist but you could try...

Just a thought if you can't take it...

Whittards and twinings do a sleep/dream tea. I have not tried either as I can't find them near me but it might be an avenue to explore if you can't take them xx
