Hi guys, have had anxiety for quite a while now and know most symptoms are down to this, however, last week I had a really nasty virus and ever since, any time I exert myself my heart races, simple things like walking upstairs or carrying heavy loads. Not sure if it's the aftermath of the virus and I just need time or if it's the anxiety
Anyone else have the same? Thank you x

Yes my heart races doing the slightest of things it worries me all the time, if I walk upstairs, lift anything or even laugh hard it scares me because I hate the feeling of my heart racing so makes me panic
