Lupus factor present after stroke but not with coumadin

I had a stroke 2 years ago and my blood tests showed that I had APS and the Lupus factor. I was put on Coumadin and my rheumatologist said that the lupus factor would no longer show up on the blood tests while I'm on Coumadin.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Thank you. I should definitely connect with anxiety support. It's awful and wondering if it's worse with APS and medications like coumadin and hydrox.
