Drink plenty water....flush it out. Cranberry juice can help.

I have a water infection too I'm drinking cranberry juice it always works great for me, I don't lke the stuff lol but it's one of nature's little gems 😊

Go to the clinic and have them figure out if you have a bladder infection (interstitial cystitis) or just bladder pain (cystitis) and if you do have an infection make sure you get an appropriate antibiotic. But for the PAIN which is so yucky, you need to get this: drugs.com/mtm/urinary-analg...

It's *magic* pill and will turn your pee the most interesting colour but it will stop those bladder spasms in their tracks.

I personally always make sure to take with food or it makes me feel a bit nauseous for 10 min (very mild though, and quick to pass)

I find keeping my lower body warm, helps. I wrap a blanket/throw tightly around my back/hip area, keeps kidnay/bladder area warm. Not always practical but at least at home can be done. It does feel comforting. Hope you recover soon. x

I know this is an old post but just to say I use D-Mannose, the Powder version which I prefer rather than the tablets. Also I understand Cranberry Juice can raise blood pressure so I don't drink that as by BP is high xx
