Once again this has happened to me . All day in work today (my first day back) I would get these on and off symptoms of squeezing in my chest. Still currently experiencing this... Can't help but think that once again it is my heart. Trying so hard to stay away from google. I ran on the tredmil to make sure my heart was ok and it seems to be fine. Could this be heart related or anxiety??

Hello!
I'm 19 years old and when I'm in public it feels like my chest is tightning up, even if I'm not worried about being in public. Today I've been having those symptoms too and they've worried me, but I just take my inhaler and that calms me a bit. The best way to know is to go to the doctor though
