My memory loss has been getting worse, and I don't know if it's due to my anxiety or something worse
I've always been scared of a brain tumor and I am even more now.
Along with memory loss I've been more sensitive to sound and stuff, like I get spooked, I don't know if I'm the only one or what but lately I've been feeling helpless.

Hi, I think we all go through some memory loss as we age. It's amazing what anxiety can do to a person. There's so much going on in that head of ours that we literally can't think straight. I am extremely sensitive to light and sounds. If I hear a cell phone buzz on tv, a loud knock on tv or on my door, or the phone rings, my stomach drops and I get like you say "spooked". You are not the only one. You would think I'd get use to it but the same thing happens everytime. It's still best to get it checked out and not blame everything on anxiety. Take care and good luck.
