Aniexty ???

Does anyone with aniexty feel like they don't no where they coming or going and feel confused sometimes, feel they can't make decisions I've just had this horrible thought that God will make me a bad person when I don't

Yes sometimes i have lack of concentration like im confused on making Desciions and feel faint through the day .

When I was at my worse, I was the same, couldn't concentrate on anything even things I loved to do, couldn't make decisions even over the simplest of things, my memory also became terrible, I felt like I was losing the plot! Intrusive thoughts were terrible BUT just remember that they are not real, nothing bad will happen, I have OCD and not performing the rituals I too thought bad things would happen, it became so bad I realized myself that I needed help, 14yrs I've suffered in silence until last year, my whole life has changed for the better, I'll always have OCD but can control things a little better now
