Hi every one I'm so sad my anzaty has got so bad that all I do is fight with my partner and have panic attacks on top of it been to docs about it but she won't put me on meds in case I do some thing silly she wants to put me in some kind of hospital

Hi I hope you are doing better I am new to this site and have just read this post my anxiety also makes me do weird stuff to myself that I do not notice as much but y family does it is as if I am another person doing these things. I am always here to speak to.
