Getting worried again feel hot face abd paniky .... thinking maybe docs missing something 😢 afraid iv got in a vicious cycle ...

I no that feeling Hun, I went to docs yesterday and felt relieved for a few hours, but always pops back in my mind!

Its because i feel so awful . Then i get funny hot paniky and then i think maybe bloods ct scans wrong . I wasnt like this 8 weeks ago yes i had depression and slight anxiety worry more than should but bot like this over pain am in etc are you the same ????

I'm terrible, every ache and pain I think the worst, I think about them all the time, wondering what it is, and being so scared! X

I am in bed now thinking why am i like this if something serious would of shown in ct scans or bloods obs etc . Its a vicious circle only had scan yesterday and already worrying incase owt got missed ...aghhhhhh lol x

Try not to worry,I'm sure there won't be, you've had lots of tests done. Tell yourself your fine, it's just anxiety playing games again.The only thing I've really had is bloods. My doctor hasn't felt necessary for anything else, then I panic thinking he/she should have done other tests X

So sorry you feel that way. I too feel anxious and panic really fast, and in the past i've seen all kinds of doctors only to find out everything fonctions just fine! The problem with anxiety is that we become too focused on its symptoms, and every little thing we feel gets us worried that we're going to feel worse, and it's because we worry that we actually end up feeling worse... So a way to help would be to cheat you're attentional focus, get yourself doing something that leaves you no other choice than concentrating on what you're doing. There are anti stress online games for instance, like home sheep home, or fireboy and watergirl, etc. But you know, the best thing to start feeling better is to accept whats happening to you. If the doctors told you you're ok, than you're ok, and turns out you're an anxious person, it's ok. Once you got the hang of it, everything will be fine, and you'll forget all about this bad phase. Sports help too!!!

Docs think i get over sinusitus but 8 weeks blureed vision etc . I go hot then anxiety kicks in a wasnt like this till i got poorly
